BME mentoring and coaching programme for Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire NHS Strategic Health Authority:
- Contributed to BME Leadership Development Strategy for Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambs.
- Co-led the training/workshops to develop mentoring and coaching skills and knowledge in BME Leaders for staff who want to enter leadership.
- Provided support for the National programme which offered BME staff mentors, potentially supporting High Fliers, acting as supervisors to colleague coaches.
- Promoted and supported the work of the BME International mentoring programme.
